With an open plan living area and kitchen, separate bedroom with a queen bed and wardrobe for the storage of clothes and luggage, you will feel right at home. Above the bedroom, there is a mezzanine floor that captures the sun.

The Kitchen has all the appliances you will need, from making a coffee to a fully cooked meal. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge and plenty of cupboard space.

Enjoy sipping the tipple of your choice on the deck outside or languish on the period furniture with a good book and a cup of tea!
There is a generously sized modern bathroom with a tiled shower, and even a washing machine and dryer.
Outside there is ample space for parking a boat or a car. Do note, this space is shared with another house on the same property.
