"I am giving a rate of five because the host and the house were wonderful. The charm of the home itself was just up our alley, LOVED every bit of it. The space was perfect for our family of six and even next year, when the new one arrives, there will still be plenty of room for our Christmas gathering. I would however like to suggest that VRBO cease stating that “all fees are included” when, in fact they are not. They even offer things for extra cost. If all fees were truly included, these “extra” things would all be included. "
