"Needs a complete update as far as painting, flooring, bathrooms, taller toilets for ,seniors, security bar for getting into and out of bathtubs ... would be nice to see a bench outside the front door , door knob on bathroom door was being held on by a piece of masking tape,,,needs proper repair, toilet holder in bathroom falls apart when u go to use it, coffee maker needs to be cleaned as used coffee was still in the maker when we arrived , had to ask for more coffee and creamer and toilet paper as only a part roll was in the bathroom when we arrived...Housekeeping was more than happy to provide items when asked..."

"Great location - golf course out the back and a beautiful country road on the other, good restaurant a 5-minute walk away. Condo was super clean, thoughtfully decorated, and I just wanted to hang out there the whole time I was in the area. Also, an amazing deck! The entry stairwell could use some freshening up but don’t let it deter you (not worth subtracting a star). Once inside, the condo is cozy and lovely. Would highly recommend."

"Property was clean and well situated at the end of a very quiet road, loads of room for outdoor play with easy access to the water. We had several bald eagles fly over and a hummingbird came to visit! All the appliances worked as they should including the BBQ outside and the AC inside. All in all we had a good week with all kinds of fishing and morning kayaking."

"It's beautiful property and the lake views and swimming are great. The site is quiet and feels remote: we saw ospreys and even otters! Kayaks, paddle boards etc. were supplied, although a couple of the paddles were broken. We liked the contemporary house design and spacious rooms. More furniture in bedrooms would make life easier for families like us with small children and older people. In addition to the beds and TV's, a shelf, a cupboard, even a chair would help. Items that were listed but missing when we got there were supplied after we arrived - a child's high chair, some fans for the overheated upper floor. The kitchen is well equipped but the two ovens in the kitchen did not work throughout our stay, in spite of our own and the owner's efforts to fix them. The air conditioning failed during a heat wave and we baked for 3 days, after which a technician was sent and the system repaired. The owner offered us compensation, which we accepted. I think if this property were better maintained and everything listed was provided and in good repair we'd give it 5 stars."

"It's been a few years since I have stayed here. It's clean but dated. It was a place to stay and sleep while I did track days at Calabogie Motorsports Park. They were very accommodating allowing me to stay an extra day and reasonably priced."

"This property was great for our family of 6 adults. Lots of seating around a good tv for watching hockey playoffs. Well equipped kitchen. Large main bathroom, lots of towels. Plenty of parking. Firm mattresses with lots of pillows and blankets. The heating/ air conditioning worked well. Property is very close to Calabogie Motorsports Park."
