"When we arrived there was no one to check us in. Once checked in went to room. Minutes later a person came to our door and opened it thinking it was his room. They had given our keys mistakenly to him. So they canceled all keys. We took a walk hit back and couldn’t enter our room. Had to go down to desk to get new keys. They did comp us $25 dinner coupon at their restaurant. "

"We went to lake Geneva for a wedding anniversary and stayed at Bella Vista. We were able to get massages and use amenities like spa, indoor pool, and sauna before checkin in. Room was nice and spacious with helpful reminders and alcohol menu. There are a lot of flies in May. Although our view of the lake was stunning for our bedroom, we weren’t able to use our patio. Loved the K cup machine in the lobby for guests. Our ceiling came in slightly over the shower. Maintenance was able to fix it...
