"A green oasis for the weary traveler. The hotel building is simple but stylish; rooms clean and comfortable. The view of Lake Garda from our balcony was stunning. The grounds were quintessential Mediterranean, lawn and terraces with lemon and olive trees you see by a rosemary hedge. Aniko and Massimo were the consummate hosts, on hand to answer our questions and give advice. Don’t miss Oma’s homemade strudel at breakfast! Located on a hill overlooking the town, you do need a car to gat around....

"Fantastic property, friendly staff, delicious food and drink. 20 minutes walk to lake via footpath. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. Would stay again. Lovely garden, would definitely recommend and benefit from a pool."

"Comfortable bed. Good shower. Helpful host. Good communication. Nice balcony and outside area. Couldn't get the heating to work but it wasn't enough of an issue for us to contact the host. A bit cold in Oct but extra blankets/throws provided. "

"We had a great stay. We loved that it was away from the busyness and the crowds. A bit of a drive to get to the lake, but the drive is so beautiful that it was never an issue for us. We stayed for a 4 days but wishes we could have stayed for 2 weeks. Mara was a great host, very friendly and personable. We would definitely stay here again."

"We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time...

"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "
