Very clean room, excellent service from Amir and the boys in the lobby bar. The stay was excellent due to consistency. I have stayed several times and had the same high quality exsperiance every time. I am a repeat guest because everytime I stay, the service and guest exsperiance remains at a high level. I am too scared to try a newer or diffrent hotel in Vancouver because the Pan--Pacific now feels like a home. It doesnt feel like a hotel, it feels like your going back to stay with your friends.

The staff were extremely kind,considerate and made our stay so special. The lobby is decorated so beautifully it is a wonderful first impression. Our room was perfect for our group of ladies. Lots of room and amenities. It was a great experience and we will be back.
