"Clean room, very quiet"

"Wondered why my room was not cleaned first 2 days so went to front desk. Lady says "you had to let us know by 10pm if you wanted the room cleaned". Nobody told us this. Had NO idea. So I asked if we coukd have our room cleaned for today, she said no. Could we at least ger fresh towels? She said maybe, would check. Came back to room at 4pm.... NOTHING! Staff are powerless. No ability to pivot of a situation or make a deciaion. "Rules are rules" I guess. Liked the hotel but will probably stay across street next time. GREAT restaurant at hotel though which was highlight."

"We strongly advise that you avoid this place. The room and the hall stunk of chemical spray for roaches and bed bugs. It was impossible to sleep here. We came out feeling sick from the smell, with no sleep. The staff denied it all. The pillows on the beds are very poor quality. The breakfast is frugal and of poor quality. The breakfast room is so small you have to fight for a place to sit. This hotel is long past its prime. We will never return."

"It needs renovation, old carpets smell and not well insulated you could hear other guest in there rooms. Hope the new owners will upgrade"

"Hotel was good, my room was quiet, bed was comfortable, shower was great!! AC worked great, the free breakfast unfortunately was one of the worst I have ever had. Hashbrowns were wilted and cold, eggs were usual, not much of anything extra coffee was ok, but overall wasn’t good and I love breakfast. Staff was super friendly morning and evening staff… definitely would stay again when in Duncan. "

"The tv kept going off. We had to change rooms. Missed last 2 minutes of Habs game and he knew the tv didn’t work. We were put in a smaller room."
