"Very clean property with a comfortable bed. Close to dining and grocery store. Tide was in during our stay so we did not go down to the beach. The water is not suitable for swimming as there is a thick sludge matter on the ocean in the area."

"Overall, the house was better than in the pictures. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The private beach at the edge of the lake was beautiful, but what we didn’t anticipate was the 2 minute walk to the lake park with a dock, slide into the water, and diving board. Spent many days there were all kids and adults had a blast. 10 minute drive from lake cowichan town center made it easy to get groceries and got tubing down the river. "
