About this property
Soltow's Place - Wonderful Duplex with Room For Everyone
- 2 Bedroom/2 Bathrooms; Sleeps 8 (Additional Sleeping Area with King Bed).
This cabin was just remodeled from the ground up in 2010 and is wonderful both inside and out. This is a duplex with two decks...an upper deck and lower deck for you to enjoy the view of the river with a grassy area between the cabin and river. The cabin has two bedrooms upstairs with two king sized beds in one room and a queen bed in the other as well as a large full bathroom. Downstairs has a large living/dining area, full kitchen as well as a king sized bed and full bathroom. There are also flat screen TVs in every room for your enjoyment as well as free wifi. You can also bring your furry friends here as this cabin is pet friendly. Walk to town from this cabin and enjoy an ice cream, lunch or dinner, some shopping or maybe a band as it is only one mile from downtown Lake City. There is also a firepit down by the river to enjoy your evenings after a full day in the mountains.

Spacious, beautiful lush large yard between cabin and running mountain feet soaking stream, near ATV and horse rentals, plus not far from a beautiful day driving outing to Pagosa Springs. Near ice cream and breakfast pastries. Say no more!!

Soltows Cabin
Love this place, can't say it enough. The cabin was well appointed and tidy. We were about 50 yards from the river which added to the peaceful. The grounds are park like. We have already reserved our time for next year.

Annual Lake City Trip
We are eager to make this an annual trip with our extended family. The duplex is perfect for groups and the location couldn’t be better. Tannah is always quick to respond and very helpful!
