Temptation Resort truly shines with its fantastic amenities and welcoming staff. The team's genuine friendliness really made our stay enjoyable. However, there's one area that could use some tweaking: the premier membership sales approach. Initially, the sales team was warm and inviting, but things took a turn when we declined to become premier members. The pressure to attend their sales pitch became quite intense, which was a bit of a damper on our vacation vibe, especially since it was only our second day. If Temptation Resort could refine this sales approach, I believe it would truly stand out as an unmatched destination.
The bar tenders, baggage crews, and cook/waiter staff was amazing and the pool is one heck of an experience we will definitely be back in the future.
