  • Serene, well appointed home in the quiet hillside community of Lake Arrowhead. This four bedroom, three bathroom home sleeps 5 adults comfortably. Level drive way (please note the association only allows for 2 cars, no street parking)! Large open main floor has a nicely upgraded kitchen and large gas fireplace for chilly night. 2 decks offer plenty of room for outdoor entertainment-equipped with new gas bbq, umbrellas, fire table, corn hole, and lots of seating. Plenty of games, Sling TV and DVD player, and bonus room upstairs for kids. New air conditioner, new heater, and privacy shades insure that you will be warm on cold nights and cool on warmer days. Gorgeous views of the lake from 2nd and 3rd floor! Close to downtown Lake Arrowhead Village and shops, as well as Lake Gregory. Just a 45 min drive to Big Bear Lake and ski slopes. **Please note** the owner of this home is not interested in hosting parties. We are looking fo family renters only. Arrivals monitored, and occupancy confirmed by outdoor camera, maximum of 5 adults. Thank you, we look forward to your stay!
