"We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

"I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel ! While the nature and property were stunning and the villas were generously sized the cleanliness and staff helpfulness was very poor .there were very large bugs in the shower and tons of dust below the beds and one of our beds was not made at all .we only received one tiny bar of hand soap for a 3 bedroom ,6 ppl villa and when we ask for toiletries and extra toilet paper we received only 2 sets of shampoo and shower gel as a one time courtesy , any more...

"I visited for a girls weekend where we were looking for a relaxing weekend of exploring Tuscan hills and we were really delighted with what we encountered. Overall the hotel was in good condition and the rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning which was a pleasure after the intense heat of the outdoors."

"The property and our room was beautiful and very clean. The pool area was nice to swim in and relax. The laundry service was too expensive at 8 euros per wash. We were grateful to have a washer to save time and be able to hang our clothes outside to dry, but the price seemed like a lot since the machine was small. "The hotel is in the plaza de la Cisterna, very large room and bathroom, the views to the country side from our room was fantastic. Everything is so close cafes, restaurants, shops. Points of interest. The staff is really nice and polite. Breakfast was good. Totally recommend the hotel. "
