Beautiful Views

The apartment is located in a beautiful location. The views are stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. It’s walkable distance from the town, just a 3-5 minute walk to a small grocery store, and about a 10-15 minute drive to the lifts at Ortisei. However, the apartment wasn’t as clean. There was a cluster of bugs in the bathroom ceiling, the bedsheets weren’t feel clean, we found dead bed bugs, and we both got bitten at night. If it were cleaner this would’ve been a 5/5.

Amazing view, wonderful small town

180 degree view of town and valley, 5 minute walk to town. View is truly amazing. Easy access and good washer, covered and locked garage. But, floor dirty, used dental floss in bathroom and one bedroom. Only one bedroom had sheets and pillow cases, only 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper left. Stores closed on weekend, so had to buy toilet paper from Cafe. Bedroom with sheets heavy smell of “wet dog” so moved all to unmade bedroom. No paper towels, Kleenex, coffee or soap. Wi-Fi not functioning. Not quite prepared for international travelers.

The apartment is very nice and clean had the most amazing views of mountains and the town and the church bells rang throughout the day and the we loved the sound. There is a small grocery store a few minutes away. If you are arriving on a Sunday most grocery stores are closed. There are a few restaurants close by or a few minutes in the next town. The apartment and views were great we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Lajen

Very short but satisfying stay in Lajen. The property was great and pretty much as expected. Although a fair bit smaller than it appears in the online pics! The views from every window and the patio are beyond. You can sit and and stare for hours.

Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe

Das Haus, in welchem sich unsere Wohnung befand, wurde während unserem Aufenthalt saniert. Es stand ein Gerüst rund ums Haus. Der Balkon hatte keine Brüstung und konnte nicht betreten werden. Die Handwerker waren ab 08 Uhr vor Ort und waren auch an unseren Fenstern. Es wurde Dämmung angebracht. Es wurde an anderen Stellen mit einem Schlagbohrhammer gearbeitet, sodass dann alle wach waren. Außer uns waren alle anderen Wohnungen leer. Die Satellitenantenne war abgebaut. Fernsehen war nicht möglich und ein Radio gab es nicht. Meine Mutti hatte uns begleitet und war viel in der Wohnung, weil sie kein Ski fährt. Die Vermieter hatten erst 3 Tage vorher informiert und auch keine Option eingeräumt, nicht anzureisen oder einen Preisnachlass zu gewähren. Es wurde zwar behauptet, aber bislang habe ich keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Ich bin 46 Jahre und es war der schlechteste Urlaub überhaupt. Sind dann auch 1 Tag vorher abgereist. Ich bin restlos enttäuscht.

Schöne Wohnung - Leider Baustelle

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Leider haben wir eine Woche vor Anreise erfahren, dass ein Gerüst um das Haus steht, sodass der Balkon nicht genutzt werden konnte. Auch der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Online wurde dies leider nicht erwähnt. Auf die Nachfrage eines Preisnachlasses wurde leider nicht reagiert. Die Mobilcard haben wir leider auch nur auf Nachfrage erhalten. Wurde uns dann allerdings noch am gleichen Abend vorbeigebracht. Alles in allem hatten wir jedoch eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung.

Super Lage im schönen Lajen

Der Ort Lajen ist unserer Meinung nach ein sehr schöner Ort mit guter Erreichbarkeit der Seiser Alm oder auch Bozen. Beschaulich und nicht so überlaufen wie Sankt Ulrich und Co. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox war perfekt. Ausstattung und Qualität der Wohnung sind völlig ausreichend für 4 Personen. Wir konnten uns allerdings nicht vorstellen wie dort 6 Personen Platz finden sollen. Der eine Kleiderschrank hat für uns vier nicht gereicht, aber eine Woche kann man auch mal aus dem Koffer leben. Der überdachte Stellplatz ist eine Tiefgarage mit max. Einfahrtshöhe von 2m. Da hat unser Auto mit Dachbox nicht reingepasst. Jeden Tag Dachox rauf und runter war auch keine Lösung. Man hat aber gute Chancen an der Straße einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wenn dort aber nichts mehr frei ist, wüsste ich nicht, wo man noch in der Umgebung parken könnte?! Preis-Leistung der Wohnung passt aber. Wir würden immer wieder in Lajen wohnen wollen, wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen würden.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Ferienwohnung, weil es uns beim letzten Mal so gut gefallen hat. Auch diesmal haben wir den traumhaften Ausblick genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Im Ort gibt es zwei Einkaufsmärkte, einen Fleischer, einen Bäcker und mehrere Restaurants. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. Wer weiter ins Tal hinein nach St.Ulrich oder Wolkenstein fahren möchte, kann direkt an der Straße kostenlos mit dem Südtirolpass mit dem Bus alles erkunden. Klare Empfehlung für die Ferienwohnung und den wunderschönen Ort Lajen 👍😀

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen genialen Urlaub in Lajen. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt, absolut sauber, hat eine super Ausstattung und man hat einen traumhaften Blick ins Tal. Die Lage ist toll, wir sind überall hin mit dem Bus gefahren. Die Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Haustür. Die Vermieter sind auch total nett und haben alle unsere Fragen schnell per Mail beantwortet. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.
