Newly remodeled and family friendly spacious house
Guests are absolutely sure to enjoy a memorable vacation experience in this beautiful fully furnished the 1500 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms can accommodate 8-10 people. The kitchen has new countertops and cabinets. All glassware, plates and household amenities are included. Towels and linens are included and there is also a dryer and washer in the 2 car garage. Complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and NETLIX programming is available for your entertainment on a one 40” flat screen HDTV in the master bedroom, a 65” curved screen HDTV in the living room and a 40” QLED In the kitchen.
The house is located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood with walking distance to Shopping Center with restaurants and 10 minutes drive to the beach. With only 5 minutes drive to the highway, the house is located in between Disneyland and LEGOLAND.
DAILY ADVENTURES NEARBY:
• Theme parks: Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and LEGOLAND are 30 minutes away. Sea World and San Diego Zoo are 1 hour drive south. Six Flags Magic Mountain is 1 1/2 hour drive north.
• Temecula valley with all the wonderful wineries Is just one hour drive, an amazing place to do wine tasting and enjoy everything that countryside has to offer
• San Clemente’s new Aquatic Center features an Olympic-sized pool, and an “aquatic playground” for the little ones, just a 20 minute drive
• Dana Point Harbor is a 15 minute drive with numerous options for shopping, dining, or deep-sea fishing. You can also rent kayaks, jet skis and sail boats, or take the short boat ride to Avalon and Catalina Island.
• Laguna Beach is our neighboring seaside community, renowned for its gorgeous beaches, galleries, art festivals, and Pageant of the Masters (July).
• Hiking and biking are the best done in SoCal with amazing views.

Beautiful, clean home
The house is newly remodeled and very clean. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms were all comfortable. Owners responded within minutes to our messages and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this home, especially for families.
