Great family home

We spent two months here and really enjoyed it. The courtyard and backyard make for wonderful breezes through the house all day. It’s centrally located between the beach and the freeway. Grocery stores, Target and lots of restaurants around. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked and the owner is friendly and responsive.

Perfect 4th of July Celebration!!

My decision to rent this vacation property for a family get away was perfect. There were 6 family members, 4 adults and 2 children, 3 and 6 years. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and convenient. One lovely beach was 9 minutes away, Laguna Beach, restaurants, shopping centers and just everything we needed were situated very close. The management was very friendly, helpful and available for any needs we might have. We attended a 4th of July celebration festival at a nearby park and barbecued in our patio during the evening - just a perfect celebration location!!

We stayed at this home for the first week in September. The property was adequate and pretty much as described. There are some areas that need improvement: The bed sheets are worn out and need to be replaced The towel supply needs to be upgraded Kitchen supplies (spices, dishes and utensils) were sparce. Kitchen needs to be better supplied. There is a table and chairs on the lanai but no furniture to relax. The carpets need cleaning or replacement On the plus side the location was perfect for our purposes.

The house was very large and it had wonderful kitchen appliances. Having space to park our car in the garage was a bonus. It was very hot outside, but the air conditioning worked great.

Bright, spacious 1 level home a short drive to beach

This house was great. It was spacious, 1 level, clean and had lots of light. The backyard had a pretty garden and we loved the central courtyard which made the house so bright. The neighbourhood was lovely for walking on the quiet streets and the house was close to everything we needed- the beach, shopping and tourist attractions in the area. We will be back!

Beautiful house and location!

Great location, short driving distance to the beach, malls, luxurious resort and restaurants. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood ideal for walking, jogging and bike riding. Beautiful, spacious house with brand new furniture and appliances and natural lighting. I certainly recommend it and will go back.
