"We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Everything felt well taken care of, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place—especially for couples looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Just a heads-up, it may not be the best fit for families with little ones, but for a peaceful stay, it’s a great choice!"

"It was the cleanest motel we’ve ever stayed at. The AC worked great. The bar and restaurant were right downstairs. The beach was steps away. We loved our time there and we’re excited to go back! "

"For our 44th anniversary we decided to stay at Sand Rose Beach Resort. On Expedia i reserved an oceanfront room with a Jacuzzi tub. When I arrived tols me I was in a partial view room with no Jacuzzi. The at first triied to say that that is what i had reserved, then they changed the stroy and said the room Inreserved was "out of order", what ever that means. They did ooffer to take 20% off. The discount was ok, but I wasn’t looking for a bargain I just wanted a nice view and a Jacuzzi. They claimed all the oceanfront rooms were booked and wouldn't move me to one because they "wouldn't treat their customers that way" Not sure what they considered me to be. They also offer two free meals, which we did not use. We would have if the room service line would have been working. The room was okay, it did have a balcony, with two vey uncomfortable chairs. The room was fairly clean, only a little bit of signs that it hadn't been cleaned (hairs in the shower, bit of something in the inside chairs, nothing major) They don’t have a very nice pool area compared to the Hampton Inn next door, which looked very nice. They had a Starbuck in the lobby, but unfortunately it wasn’t open in the morning and closed early, again the one in the Hampton Inn was great! Guess where I will be staying next time!"

"When i checked in the young lady that was there was nice and polite and it was a quick check in. Since we were on the second floor i thought maybe use the elevator but they don't have one. Once we got to the room i was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room it was spacious and a good size. Once we got settled i was looking for extra comforter in the cabinets and didn't find one what i did find where roaches. If there are roaches in the cabinets then there are roaches in other places as well. When i went to turn the bed to go to sleep we noticed that the comforter and the sheets were dirty. I went to grab the phone to call and the phone had no line hooked up to it so i couldn't make the call thru there..i.guess they have it as decoration as well.as the clock it was not working. I called the front desk with the cell phone and a gentlemen answered and i asked him for extra sheets and comforter because the sofa bed didn't have anything so that whoever was going to sleep there could cover themselves.The gentlemen said that they didn't have any extra comforters that they only had enough comforters for the amount of rooms that they had. And I told him, how were they gonna go help a guest out? If they didn't have, I ate comforter to cover themselves up with. If it was dirty and he said it was out of their hands, he couldn't do nothing about it. The breakfast was mediocre not what i expected the eggs were bland and the sausage links didn't seem to be cooked right. Never Again!"
