"Outside appearance looks ok but once inside, very outdated, furniture in room was stained. Resteraunt always out of certain items. Front desk staff not friendly. Roaches in room"

"UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, SOON AS I ENTERED THE CARPET AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY DIRTY FILLED WITH SAND. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I WAS SHOWN THE ROOM, THE NEIGHBORHOOD DIDN'T LOOK SAFE. I HAD TO SUCK IT IN AS I KNEW I MIGHT NOT GET MY REFUND FOR THE 3 NIGHTS PAID. I LEFT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY BUT CAME BACK IN THE NIGHT TO MEET THE HOTEL SMELLING OF CHEMICAL VERY HARSH THAT I WAS CHOKING, WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER SAID THEY FUMIGATED THE HOTEL NOT MINDING THE HEALTH HAZARD ...

"From the look of things the staff are experienced at all! The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The choice of cable channels was too bad. An area of strength for them would be security which was impressive. They would always call your room to ask if it was ok for visitor to leave. Hats up for them their but overall I was not too happy with my stay there and not too certain if I would want to stay there again!!!"

"First of all, the rooms in this hotel looks nothing like what I saw on hotel.com. The first room was horrible! mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, cracked show door and the shower came off the hinges, I asked for another room. This room was nicer, made me a little more comfortable, so now why do I have to clean my room? I literally has to ask for someone to clean my room. "It was the worst experience since I was booking on hotel.com. I could not locate at the address. Nobody in the area knew about the hotel. The phone number was not correct and therefore could not call. Tried juggling the number but none was successful. It was already getting to 11pm local time so I had to look for another hotel. I therefore didn't use the hotel. I hope to get my refund. Hotel.com should please blacklist this hotel."
