"This villa should have been great. It is well laid out, has a nice garden and is close to amenities and beaches. However on arrival we found one bedroom unavailable due to a leaking roof. Another has a major plumbing issue so that sewage water spills from the toilet to flood the bathroom and spread foul odours. "Apartments are well situated for getting into Lagos centre and just a 5/10 min walk to the marina where there is lots of bars and restaurants. Note that there is a bit of a hill upto the hotel.
