"I enjoyed stay with my wife. It was a brilliant experience. However, I will ask that room prices, food and drink prices be reviewed particularly in this period of global economic hardship.
Further more, please apply silicone sealant in the bathroom shower to room/cubicle 1032 as it floods the bathroom after each bath/shower causing very serious health and safety issues. You may want also as a suggestion improve protection to the balconies with transparent/airy pallades.

"Everything was great, food staff in my room! Unfortunately, my last day there it seemed like they had issues with their credit card machines, which was a major thing because it wouldn’t allow any of my cards to go through even when I went to the ATM machine to pay for laundry that I had done. Fortunately, for me, the room was paid for."

"When I arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful and there were maintenance issues when I mentioned them the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was that bad a stay I cancelled the further booking I had at this hotel."
"I was quite impressed with the quality and maintenance of the facilities. The shower was a particular delight - the best rainfall shower i have used in a hotel for long time! Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty. I'll definitely be back."
