I loved the room and excellent customer service. My bathroom however had a leak which was not pleasant but it was just a one night stay so I didn’t make a fuss about it.

Most of the staff are not nice. It is extremely noisy . Air conditioning system was not working. I had to move rooms a few times . It didn’t seem like they liked clients from Expedia . The rooms smelled funny and moldy . The walls are need new paint .

This was an absolutely horrible place to stay. The staff at the reception was absolutely awful and rude beyond belief. Entirely unpleasant and needlessly confrontational. The room had a stale musky smell and the sheets were stained in various places. The bathroom was generally poorly maintained but was at least marginally clean. The check out process was less dramatic but still disorganised and completely unprofessional. The hotel seemed to resent the fact that the booking was made via Expedia.
