He speaks very good English and went above and beyond for me. The one night that I was not able to see the people I came to visit Igor gave me a suggestion for supper and helped me order it. Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Lago Azul?
The best time to go to Lago Azul, Minas Gerais, Brazil, is during the dry season, which runs from April to September. This period offers pleasant weather conditions that are ideal for exploring the region.

During these months, you can expect less rainfall and more sunshine, making it great for outdoor activities like boating on the lake, hiking the trails, or visiting local waterfalls. The temperatures are generally mild and comfortable, avoiding the intense heat and humidity of the summer months.

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway will appreciate the calm and inviting atmosphere the dry season provides. You can enjoy leisurely boat trips, explore the charming lakeside towns, and dine outdoors without the worry of sudden downpours. The clear skies also offer excellent opportunities for stargazing in the evenings.

For families, the dry season ensures that children can fully enjoy the natural attractions without weather interruptions. The lower humidity makes it more comfortable for younger travellers, and the stable conditions are ideal for activities like swimming in designated areas or picnicking by the lake.
