Amazon location and views! Good restaurant. The garden is very new and the pool too, also with the amazing view. Only the outdoor and pool furniture need an update, was old and dirty. Other than that everything was perfect!

Die Dame an der Rezeption war super freundlich. Das Spa klein, aber fein und es gab jeden Tag die Möglichkeit 1h im Indoor und 1h im Outdoor Spa zu verbringen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, sogar mit Milchalternativen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Upea miljöö ja sijainti 6/5. Rauhallinen hotelli, eli jos haluat nauttia säästä ja maisemista omassa rauhassa kaupunkihulinan jälkeen, tämä on paikkasi. Näköala sauna ja spa olivat todella hyvät, suosittelen! Malcesinen paras hotelli.

Insgesamt sehr überteuert und nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Hotel war sicherlich mal top, ist aber richtig in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht man an vielen Ecken und Enden. Seitens des Managements scheint es leider so, als würde man diesen Zustand nicht witklich verbssern wollen und verkauft sich dennoch als schickes Spa Hotel. Das ist aber wirklich meht Schein als sein. Frühstück sehr lieblos und übetall fehlte irgendwas, war nicht gut durchdacht. Das 3 Sterne Hotel einen Tag zuvor in Malcesine selbst, war dagegen bombe. Auch der Service generell versprühte eher Lustlosigkeit, als wäre man genervt. In der Kategorie und als Spa Hotel abdolut unverständlich und traurig. Der Fahrer des Shuttlebusses hatte es nicht mal nötig meiner Frau bei den schweren Koffern ein wenig zu helfen. Ich könnte hier noch so einiges Unschönes aufzählen, aber egal. Wir sind übrigens überhaupt nicht fordernd oder pingelig. Aber viele Rezensionen waren ja ähnlich und wir können es bestätigen. Top Lage mit grandiosem Ausblick. Abendessen war gut. Ansonsten den Preis in Sachen Spa und Service absolut nicht wert.

Traumhafte Unterkunft!! Eine unglaubliche Aussicht, toller Garten, schöner Pool, man kommt richtig zur Ruhe. 3x täglich fährt ein Shuttle in 10 Minuten runter nach Malcesine, auch dort ist es wunderschön (etwas belebter, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Jederzeit wieder. Personal auch super zuvorkommend!!

Nice hotel

The hotel was great, we were half board, breakfast ok, dinner was good. The well-being centre was quite expensive and is not included in your stay, so take this into account.

Nicely located hotel with some amazing views. Sadly, one of the employees is a bit rude towards everyone else than older German/Italian guests (Which is the typical clientele here).

A room with a view

Beautiful setting overlooking the lake. The hotel is really spa oriented with many facilities for pampering yourself. The dinner and breakfasts are very good and the dining terrace, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are all oriented to provide spectacular views.

Wunderschönes, uriges Hotel in toller Lage

Das Hotel ist wirklich super schön und gemütlich! Der Garten ist toll und der Service Klasse. Das Essen ist auch top! Einziger Minuspunkte waren die Extrakosten für Sauna und Whirlpool. Extrakosten OK, aber einfach viel zu überzogen, sodass wir es tatsächlich nicht genutzt haben... Tagsüber 20-25€ ist in Ordnung, nur leider geht das eben nicht mit kleinem Kind. Abends dann aber 60€ für Whirlpool und 90€ für Sauna für 1Stunde jeweils ist uns zu teuer gewesen. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Zimmer waren schön, der Blick auf den See wunderschön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Die Balkontür ließ sich nur sehr schlecht schließen. Eine Reklamation war ergebnislos, ich wurde wie ein "dummer Bub" hingestellt. Selbst die Reinigungskräfte bekammen die Tür nicht zu, dadurch war das Zimmer tagsüber unverschlossen. Straßenlärm ab dem frühen morgen inclusive.

Duschewanne war nicht gereinigt, Zimmer hatte Staubweben an der Decke und diverse Käfer. Regelung der Heizkörper funktionierte nicht (Heizung im Bad eiskalt, dafür im Zimmerbereich ständig zu heiß ca. 30 Grad besonders nachts unerträglich). Wurde zwar den Personal mitgeteilt, aber dies brachte nur für 1 Tag/Nacht Verbesserung. Keine TV-Fernbedienung vorhanden, keine Pantoffeln vorhanden. Bereitgestellte Tasse für Kaffe/Tee war schmutzig. Minibar kühlte nicht. Frühstücksbüffet wurde bereits um 9 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Unfreundliche Rezeption. Sehr freundliches Zimmermädchen, die täglich super arbeitete. Servicemitarbeiter ebenfalls sehr freundlich und um den Gast bemüht. Sonst alles zufriedenstellend. Super Wellnessbereich, sehr sauber. Gepflegter Park mit super Aussicht.

Bel établissement en général, mais pour un 4 étoiles, je suis quand meme déçu. Le personnel n'est pas sympa, ne dit pas bonjour, vous dévisage parfois meme quand vous demandez quelque chose. N'est pas poli. La chambre est bien globalement meme si là encore il y a à améliorer. La douche n'était pas dans un très bon état. Paysage à couper le souffle+++ spa très bien, piscine idem, parking juste à coté, possibilité de prendre des vélos. Localisation près de Malcésine arrangeante.

Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage und einen atemberaubenden Blick über den Gardasee. Es hat eine angenehme Größe und man genießt eine unglaubliche Ruhe fernab des Touristenrummels. Die Ausstattung ist jedoch teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Das Frühstücksbuffet war erstaunlich vielfältig und sehr gut.

A special place to stay!

A very special place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were so lovely and they looked after us well. Food was excellent. Location is isolated with the shuttle bus only running 3 times a day. A taxi costs €20 from Malcesine. The shower in the room was dreadful, needs updating badly and my husband's mattress had to be changed as it had collapsed on one side. This was changed within minutes of reporting the issue. A little updating wouldn't go amiss but it is an old style hotel with loads of character. Honestly would give it 10/10 despite these small issues, it's such a beautiful place to stay!

Das Zimmer war wirklich dreckig und total abgewohnt. Es wimmelte vor Ungeziefer im ganzen Zimmer. Das Hotel war bestimmt vor 20 Jahren mal schön aber jetzt ist es das nicht mehr. Das Personal am Empfang und ich der Direktor sind super unfreundlich. Das Restaurant ist super und der Ausblick auch. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, nur das Essen ist gut.

Underbar utsikt men lite avsides

Underbar utsikt och en fantastisk frukost. Hotellet ligger högt upp avsides från Marcesine vilket gör att man blir låst till hotellet om man inte har bil. Mysigt område med pool som har en underbar utsikt över Garda sjön. Det som är lite sämre med hotellet är sängarna som var extremt hårda samt att duschen var mycket liten, en lite större person har nog svårt att använda den. Restaurangen som är på hotellet kan rekommenderas, sitter och ser ut över Garda sjön och maten är helt ok till det pris som tas ut.

Wir hatten ein Stardardzimmer mit Bergblick gebucht. Wir bekamen stattdessen ein Basic Zimmer (Nummer 104) ein dunkles, lautes, muffiges und hässliches Zimmer in Keller mit Blick auf den Parkplatz. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und wenn man die Gardinen aufgemacht hat, konnte das Personal in unser Zimmer reinschauen, da genau vor unserem Zimmer die Treppe des Personals vorbei lief. Echt enttäuschend
