Completely renovated ready to welcome guests! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. (5 miles/12 minutes to Purdue)

This home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, washer and dryer, full kitchen stocked with pots/pans, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The couch converts to a bed, and is in front of a 50” tv for you to wind down after a long day.
The space
This home offers, three generously sized bedrooms, and a fully stocked bathroom. You can also enjoy the privacy of a fenced in backyard. The master bedroom has a brand new queen mattress, and the two additional rooms have new full beds. The sofa in the living room also converts into a bed for additional space.

No smoking is permitted inside the home or garage.

Lovely house near Purdue University
The house very clean and the beds were great! The kitchen was excellent and the living room sofa made a very nice full size bed. The house was well stocked. Perhaps the living could use two additional chairs and a table lamp. And the kitchen could also use two chairs in it. We will definitely stay there whenever we visit our grandson at Purdue University. Thank You Jim M
