Overall great stay! Breakfast and pool were great. The tub was slippery and the iron leaked water were the only negatives.

The beds were very comfortable, 2 firm pillows and 2 soft pillows for your choosing with a comforter and blanket that make you feel warm and cozy. Everything was clean and the hotel provided towels enough of our party of six. One detractor, for the sake of sustainability this hotel chain took the coffee maker out of the room and that’s pretty shabby. Even a one-star hotel provides a coffee maker so I wasn’t impressed with that at all. The hotel staff were sweet and accommodating. I probably won’t stay here again during Halloween time frame though. The decor was rather dark (not suitable for getting kids to sleep) instead of lighthearted and didn’t enhance the hotel’s primary mission which is hospitality. I’m sure our small child ended up disturbing our neighbors’ sleep screaming about scary things in the dark as she did ours.

The room was clean. Great bed, sheets and pillows. But the air conditioning system does not take enough moisture out of the air making the room feel somewhat wet. This was uncomfortable. The only way to deal with it was to turn the temperature up which switched on the heat. Not a great solution in the summer.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was great. The young lady at checkin was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was really good as well, they serve a hot/cold breakfast with plenty options. We booked because we had a city wide outage and my children and I absolutely can not take this summer heat.

Friendly staff and clean room. Coffee area was nice. Breakfast looked good but couldn't eat. It seems to be right in the middle of a hopping area. Lots of shopping and food. I'm not gonna knock them but they were going through a renovation. It was organized and wasn't messy. Good value.
