One of the better hotels in the area, many different fast food, restaurants in the area. Clean property inside and out. Sometimes can be noisy with the slamming of the doors people walking in the hallway, as in most hotels, just seems much more louder than most. Still was able to get plenty of rest!

No ac thermostat in our room it was so cold we needed to ask for extra blankets to stay warm tub needs to be replaced not repainted over and over again walls are so dirty in the bathroom housekeeping needs to really deep clean entire room carpet needed to either be replaced or shampooed really well we were very disappointed in our stay.........

No breakfast

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here because of a baseball tournament. Other teams were staying here as well. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 am ( it opened at 7) and there was nothing but bread available. No coffee creamer, no milk, no food and nobody restocking. We selected this hotel because they offered a full breakfast included in the room price. $160 for 1 night and no breakfast. Very disappointed.

Elevators weren’t working. Several places where you could see water damage. Cards kept messing up and we had to go to the front desk to rest them. We asked several times for towels over a couple days but they were out. Finally asked for pool towels and we got some.

The room was clean. The only problem I had was the bath tub. When I pushed the shower curtain back I noticed so dirt at the bottom of the bath so I tried to clean it my self and realized it was a stain. While in the shower the water did not drain and the next person had to wait a while before entering the shower. Because of the water not properly draining dirt was left behind.

The lady at the front desk,on the date of Aug 3, 2023 late in the afternoon, was so rude from the moment we walked into the building. She so unprofessional we ended up having to cancel our reservation because she dis not want to give us the amount of rooms we reserved online and just proceeded to be rude through the whole process even after the company I booked through called the front desk to clarify any issues. I was very disappointed we decided to just leave and drive back home!

the front desk person was nice and cordial the room had a musty smell and the AC was off when we checked in i turned it on and in 15 mins it cut off i called front desk and she was sending someone i waited another 30 mins and unplugged the unit and waited a few minutes and plugged it back and and several mins later it came back on it was in and off all night i called front desk tell her don’t send we were gonna tough it out i asked for 6am wake up call never came place is nicest in Eunice but that’s not saying a whole lot but this place for what they charge should be much much better

Worst Holiday Inn Express

We booked the hotel for the indoor pool. Pool was closed due to a hole in the roof (they did open the pool for 1 afternoon after we asked repeatedly). Carpets were damp in the rooms. The poor front desk worker couldn’t consistently assist others because she was also cleaning rooms (allstar tournament weekend in the town). The key cards kept needing to be reset. No pillows available for the sofa bed. No selection of drinks to purchase in the refreshment area. Many rooms had issues with hot water. The washer and dryer were broken. I’ve never encountered a Holiday Inn Express so poorly run with so many issues. We paid nearly $200/night in EUNICE, LA…
