"Loved the layout of the property. Our villa(with plunge pool) was very close to the main pool and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed. Another pool was located right on the beach near the bar/restaurant area-it was perfect. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Tim, she gave us directions, suggested places to eat and really looked after us. There wasn’t anything to dislike and we shall recommend it to others."

They must be including the outdoor patio area which is completely misleading to guests. The room was tiny with no desk or chair, and nowhere to put your suitcase. Also, during my 3-night stay, we had no water 3-4 times and had to wait 1-1.5 hours for it to be fixed. This is disappointing and not good enough for when your time is limited to go...

"I love this place. It’s very clean, bed is comfortable, staffs are friendly. Stayed here with a toddler, the hotel is family friendly. Short walking distance to Lamai street market is a plus. We stayed for 5 nights, and can easily stayed for 3 weeks. I will definitely return to this hotel. I usually get bad allergy from mold or dampness, and I never took my allergy medicine while staying at this hotel, because the room was spotless clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"The road leading up to the resort is narrow and not well lit. I do not recommend walking around this area. The facilities themselves are beautiful, well maintained, and well-run. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice as well. The staff were super friendly but there were a few issues communicating with the resort staff. Though it is close to the beach it is not very close to any night life on foot. "
