Spectacular Sunset Suite
**Fully Renovated Spring 2024**
Proctor's Lakehouse Cottages is a small association of vacation homes on Lake Winnipesaukee. This suite is named Breezy, after Breezy Island on the lake. It has a small deck off the entryway facing the lake. We are within a short walk to the Weirs Beach area, which has restaurants, parks, mini-golf, go-karts, bumper boats, arcades, etc.
A one bedroom suite with mini-split heat & A/C, located about 50' from our private association beach. There is a deck off the lakeside entryway looking towards where the Weirs Channel opens to Paugus Bay. There are two queen beds in the single bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living area.
Since there are three queen size beds, the suite can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, which should be no more than 4 adults. If you are planning to have 6 adults, it will be quite tight, and you should reach out to me about renting an additional small studio unit.
The kitchen has an electric range oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, glasses and silverware.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity sink and stack-able washer & dryer.
