"We had a wonderful stay at Grand View. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. The view was beautiful. We even caught the sunrise a few days. Our kiddo enjoyed the pool and the walkable proximity to Keller Haus and the beach. The room was very clean, spacious, and felt quite homey."

"Second floor, awesome view of the lake from the balcony, a 3 minute walk to the boardwalk…great location. They have a nice pool and laundry facilities, and the rooms have a large fridge/freezer and microwave. The bathroom needs a fan, and it’s a bit dated, but it has a small couch and good storage and a decent tv. Even your parking spot is numbered so you’re right next to it. Good place."

"We enjoyed a large family reunion here on the lake in Laconia. The house was clean and spacious. Great kitchen with lots of counter space and plenty of necessities. We especially liked the child gates at all the stairs for our young grandchildren. We were disappointed with the lack of filtered water and no ice maker for the refrigerator.The dock and views of the lake were wonderful"

"This house was an incredibly comfortable home base for our family's vacation. The deck overlooking the lake was awesome, and the two full baths were clutch. We enjoyed the Akwa Marina beach and pool daily. Such a fun vibe, and the kids enjoyed the ping pong, bocce, and volleyball courts. A quick 5 minute walk to the boardwalk offered lots to do, and the location also allowed for quick drives to other towns and great hikes. Would definitely recommend this spot!"
