Clewley's Nest - Minimalist cabin in the woods

Unwind in a minimalist cabin in the woods. Read a book lay in the hammock, sit by the fire or just stare up into the trees. With fiber optic wi-fi, if you need to stay connected! We have 30 acres to walk on, are close to hiking and biking trails and Beaver Lake is a five minute drive. The cabin is nearby to all the greater Thunder Bay/Alpena area, you can explore northern Michigan year round! Of note, the bathroom is connected to the cabin, but is accessed by walking a few steps outside on the deck.

From the beginning to the end of this trip we were met with clean conditions, beautiful sights, and a unique experience. I highly recommend booking this property and making the trip.

Everything was absolutely fantastic about our stay! It was beautiful, peaceful and very clean. Janell was really great in providing tips and suggestions about making the most of the property and gave us suggestions on restaurants and hiking trails to check out.
