Villa with a private pool in Lacanau-Océan

This beautiful and detached villa for 4 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau. The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom or shower room and a separate toilet. The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa. In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people. *It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €50 per week.

Je viens de revenir d'une charmante escapade dans cette villa! Elle était propre et avait une atmosphère cosy, Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse couverte où nous avons pris nos repas, Les restaurants à proximité, surtout L'Authentique, étaient délicieux et ont ajouté à notre expérience culinaire

De accommodatie was fijn. De huizen op dit park die worden verhuurd zijn inmiddels wel echt aan een opfris beurt toe. Het is allemaal nét niet stuk (of net wél), hoewel de basis prima is. Genoeg ruimte en de indeling is goed. Het meubilair is wat afgeleefd, soms hersteld. De tuin van ons huis was niet zo best onderhouden. Mede hierdoor hadden we veel zand binnen. De omgeving is geweldig, wij zijn fan van de streek!

Omgeving was mooi. Receptie is altijd iets moeilijker te vinden. Uitrusting van het villaatje geen WiFi, geen koffiezet, geen haardroger, en zeer slecht bed. Elke morgen mieren in de living. Het weer was niet echt schitterend, maar waarschijnlijk is dit normaal aan de Atlantische kust.

aankomst was prima. We zijn snel en behulpzaam te woord gestaan bij de receptie. De omgeving is lekker rustig, bos en strand in directe nabijheid. We hebben na één dag bij de receptie geklaagd over het huis dat aan ons was toegewezen (nr.6). Het meisje achter de balie kon onze klacht helaas pas maandagochtend bij Estivel doorgeven, maar heeft wel direct een mail (met de door ons gemaakte foto's) gestuurd. Maandagochtend kregen we de optie om te verhuizen naar een andere woning (nr. 37). Die woning was prima, dus dat hebben we gedaan.

De accomodatie viel ons ietwat tegen. Het huisje is prachtig aan de buitenkant, maar doet wat betreft het interieur wat treurig en sfeerloos aan. Binnen is het toch wat verouderd en alles is wit, waardoor het in onze belevenis weinig tot geen sfeer had. Keukengerei is aanwezig, maar verder moet je alles kopn, theedoeken, afwasborstel etc. De kosten voor de eindschoonmaak bedraagt €130, maar je mag het ook zelf doen). Wij waren er begin april, dan is het zwembad afgedekt, ook dat doet wat ongezellig aan. Omgeving is wat betreft de natuur niet bijzonder, nagenoeg alleen maar naaldbomen, voor een deel bedoeld voor houtkap. De stad Bordeaux bevind zich een uur rijden van het park en is een fanatastische stad.
