Great place to stay

My go to hotel when heading up to Fort Macmurray. Large rooms, clean, nice TV's, good WiFi and comfortable. Rooms have fridges, micro and cook tops and are all very large so work very well for traveling.

Room was great, with excellent facilities, such as kitchen, a table and chairs, sofa, etc. Breakfast was also very good. However the outside access to the second floor rooms was precarious, as the stairs need repair due to rusting and loose stair caps. It was especially challenging for two senior ladies.!

Room was great and comfortable, only part we didnt like was the hotel was full of truckers/rig workers. Myself and daughter stayed and felt uncomfortable as they sat drinking booze stairing at us as we walked to and from our car. Would be nice if the rooms had a better locking system.

Good for driving as it’s right off the highway. Not walkable at all for anything in town (also there’s one taxi cab in the entire town). There is a Boston pizza in the parking lot but it closes early. Rooms aren’t five stars or anything but very spacious with lots of amenities like a kitchenette. Check in process was slower than I like for how dead it was.

The breakfast that was supplied was disgusting. The ham tasted just as gross as it looked. The eggs were so dried out and the potato patties gross as well. Serving food like that is a set up for food poisoning.
