"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. "

"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back."

"Great hosts, small family run boutique hotel. The service is excellent. Bathrooms newly renovated and were fantastic! Loved the smaller more local feel to this little ski town, so cosy and quaint and especially great for kids and those new to skiing.
