Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here. "

"I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). "Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...
