The staff were amazing, as was the location. Everybody was so helpful, particularly the new manager and the valets with the baby. Our baby also loved the swimming pool!

Absolutely great location, we had a room with a fantastic mountain view. Hotel provides very good service, the rooms are clean, breakfasts are delicious. Hotel is newly build with nice Scandinavian design. The staff is super helpful.

Great stay at Le Yule, ski in/out

Great stay at Le Yule. Small room for a couple big guys but very well kept and a nice balcony to sit on. Great facilities, delicious breakfast, and every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 star ski service with ski in and out, can’t get any closer to the lifts.

Amazing staff

Lovely hotel, fabulous location and staff are brilliant, couldn’t be more helpful. Only slight downside is roooms are very “compact”.

Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer gebucht, da ich auf Kongressreise war. Das Zimmer war angekündigt klein, was mich nicht störte, aber es war nicht einmal ein Sessel oder etwas ähnliches wie ein Tisch vorhanden, auf den ich meinen Computer hätte stellen können. Die Ablage hinter dem Bett war das einzige wo man zumindest Handy und Taschentücher ablegen konnte. Das Bett für 2 Personen, obwohl ich ein Einbettzimmer gebucht hatte, und ein wirklich Mini -Badezimmer, in dem man nur quer am WC sitzen konnte um überhaupt Platz zu haben und um nicht beim Aufstehen gegen das einzige Abstellbord des Raumes mit dem Kopf anzustoßen, war die gesamte Einrichtung des Raumes. Kleine Zimmer sind in Frankreich üblich aber so klein habe ich in einem 5-Sterne Haus noch nirgendwo auf der Welt erlebt. Wenn auch sehr hübsch und neu - keinesfalls 5 Sterne wert. Nach Reklamation wurde mir dann allerdings ein anderes Zimmer (am nächsten Tag nachmittag) gegeben, das wirklich 5 Sterne Standard hatte.

Hôtel de luxe au bord des pistes

L'hôtel est charmant aussi bien de l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. La décoration est fine et subtile. Le personnel est très agréable et le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon et ne pratique pas des prix prohibitifs. Le SPA est lui aussi très bien conçu. Seuls (petits) bémols : la longueur de la piscine et l'absence de possibilité de laisser le mateiriel de ski directement à l'hôtel. Le reste était parfait

Front de neige ski in ski out en plein centre !

Toute la nouvelle équipe est très agréable , à l'écoute du client, les nouveaux aménagements rendent le bar et le restaurant beaucoup plus conviviaux . Encore merci au Directeur Mr Bricaud pour le up grade de la chambre .

Fantastic place to stay

Comfortable beds with slope views. Lovely evening turn down with lotions and gifts. Special champagne on arrival. Perfect place to stay in Val D'Isere. Great breakfast and good food in restaurant. Helpful friendly staff.
