Not too bad
The staff was good and friendly. Hotel seems little run down and old. Room was ok but there’s like a rotten food or something strange smell near my bed.

Although it is an old hotel, the facilities provided match with the new hotels - at the price I paid for the rooms. What I liked is this hotel is right in Labuan town... the shops are within walking distance
