Unfair price for booked room.
Room without windows, told by reception to upgrade to RM125.00 if want window. Disgusting. Done upgrade but very unfair cause during booking was not informed of the window matters. Told by receptionist if walk in the booked room would cost only RM80.00. my booking was RM118.00 felt cheated by hotels.com. Will not stay in this hotel in future.

Dear Guest, Your comments were noted. Please be informed that all our standard rooms does not have windows as mentioned in the room amenities. As for walk-in price of RM80.00, this is only applied to limited rooms and the promotion is on ad hoc basis and for limited time (1-2 days only) which we don't promote in our extranet. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused to you. We hope you will reconsider our hotel in the future. Thanks and regards.

I brought my itinerary to check in, which written 3 rooms for the itinerary. The receptionist took a couple minutes through the documents, handed me 1 room key. After reminded, then only she could find out the other 2 rooms by me pointing the names on the room list, but not my itinerary. Wonder what use is the itinerary during check in time? Or you may just advise us to show identification document while check in will do? The management should train well the receptionist to handle these check in procedure.

Thank you for your comment. Sorry about the noise from the nearby pubs. We have complained to the local authority about the pubs closing late at night and they are looking into this matter accordingly.

Staffs are friendly. Easy to get access to the small local restaurants and supermarket nearby. G/f room has no window. Noise outside at night. Air spray covers the smoke smell came from outside.

Thank you for comment. Please be informed that our interior room cannot have window due to Bomba's regulations. As for the outside noise, we have made a complaint to the local authority regarding the the late closure of the entertainment centers but it was not enforced. Please rest assure that we do our best to keep our rooms clean at all time.Best regards.

Good Bargain Hotel and location
Overall clean and tidiness and simple the room! Its a good bargain for this rate. Water heat work perfectly well. Room is very tidy and neat. The wall kinda thin as people walking on the aisle can be heard

Normal hotel in nice location
Room is not big, no window, however, I would put it as advantage - no disturbing sounds from outside. Combining with very comfortable bed makes it nice place to sleep. Around neighborhood a lot of bars and kopitiams to lepak.
