Welcome to La Luciole, a bright and comfortable 3-star rated apartment, perfectly located just 100 metres from the beach and a short walk from the shops in Ronce-les-Bains.

Managed by Christine and Marie since 2018, this family-run apartment offers calm, cleanliness and comfort – ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday 🌿

The apartment (approx. 40 m²) includes:
- a bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm double bed,
- a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160 × 200 cm),
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine…),
- a modern bathroom,
- a balcony to enjoy the morning light or the evening breeze.

You’ll find Wi-Fi, TV, heating, and cleaning supplies.
Mattress and pillow protectors, duvets and pillows are provided.
Bed linen and towels are available on request with a small fee, or you may bring your own.

Wunderschönes Appartement

Un appartement propre et bien aménagé. La communication avec les hôtes était excellente et simple. À 300 mètres de la plage, juste à côté d'une zone piétonne avec quelques boutiques et restaurants. Le parking est situé juste à côté de l'appartement.

Super vacances dans un petit appartement idéalement placé, au pied de la plage et des commerces! Séjour parfait !

Un grand merci à Christine pour le prêt de son appartement ! Situé au calme tout en étant proche des commerces, l'emplacement est idéal ! Le logement est également très propre et très fonctionnel ! Nous avons apprécié nous passer de vaisselle pendant 1 semaine ! Son petit balcon à l'ombre permet également d'apprécier les températures hautes sans craindre les gros coups de soleil ! Un véritable atout, surtout quand elles culminent à plus de 30 degrés ! Nous recommandons aux visiteurs de prendre les vélos et de diriger vers le côte sauvage (environ 20 min) pour bénéficier d'une belle étendue de plage, plutôt que de se rendre à celle de Ronce les bains. Plus petite et selon nous, moins agréable.

Appartement bien situé et très calme

Quelques points sont à revoir: Lumière dans les toilettes ainsi que la cuisine ( les interrupteurs sont tres mal situés ) La chasse d eau ne fonctionne pas , obligé de soulever le couvercle . Prévoir des tampons sur certaines portes pour éviter qu'elles bougent et fassent du bruit la nuit)

A 2 minutes à pied de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces mais au calme car l’appartement ne se situe pas dans une rue passante (cul de sac) Parking juste à côté. Appartement chaleureux, pratique et bien équipé avec internet et télévision. Coup de cœur pour le balcon sans vis à vis parfait pour un petit dej au calme! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!
