    Take the left staircase and head for the flat on the 1st floor!

    Its living room is composed of a sofa bed and a flat screen television. Its open kitchen is equipped with a 4 hob cooker and electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
    The night area includes two bedrooms with one 140cm bed each, a bathroom and an independent toilet.

    You can enjoy your part of the balcony as well as the large garden surrounding the house, with terrace furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

    PETS NOT ALLOWED - SHARED PARKING ON THE GROUNDS

    To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

    * A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
    * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
    * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
    * The optional services.

    For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

    * Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
    * Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock

Assez déçu

Déçu du logement au regard du prix. Je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir quelqu'un au téléphone avant et pendant le séjour. Personne n'a rappelé même après 2 messages. Le logement n'est pas très moderne. Le ballon d'eau chaude n'est pas suffisant pour des douches de 4 personnes, il faut amené ses draps, ses serviettes, faire le ménage, pas de wifi, mauvaise insonorisation et isolation ... A mon sens même l'emplacement en face de la mer ne justifie pas ce prix compte tenu du logement. Mais ce n'est que mon avis
