Located in La Tremblade, this 40 m² mobile home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a private, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning, a private TV, and step-free indoor access. The private garden and both covered and open terraces offer pleasant outdoor spaces for relaxation.



Shared facilities include a heated pool and a children's paddling pool. There’s also a playground, ping-pong table, and shared barbecue. A tennis court is available, and the beach is about 3 km away.



A private parking space is available on site, with additional parking at the campsite. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. A kids’ club service can be arranged only in July and August.



The property sits on a 150 m² plot in a peaceful, well-equipped setting. Nearby: Royan markets, zoo, amusement park open nightly in July and August until 2 am, islands, and aquarium. Evening entertainment is offered daily in July and August. Please note that towels are not provided and a variable campsite tourist tax applies depending on the season.



Cleaning is not included and must be done by guests. Equipment for activities can be borrowed; further information is available on site.
