"When you are short for time you want a really nice place and no hassle. This property was perfect, comfortable and relaxing, definitely recommended!Staying meters from the beach with very little noise (birds and crickets mostly) and a great view from above was a real plus - relaxing yet lively, we didn't feel we needed to go anywhere. "We had a great couple of weeks, the house was lovely, the views are amazing. Allevard is a great town with plenty of choice of restaurants. WiFi in the house was a bit patchy in the bedrooms but the teenagers coped! Communications with Remi were easy and quick, we would definitely return and recommend"

"We were a family of 6 in all ages and had a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house and epic surroundings. The pool was very nice with a view to the beautiful surrounding mountains. The house is big with many different places to sit and enjoy the view or just the silence in the little town."

"A pleasant location with parking off-road and plenty of space in the gite, which had a relaxing atmosphere. Pleasant local walks straight from the door, and not far from L. Annecy and its attractions. Also plenty of mountain walks and other activities within easy reach with a car. Linens said to be provided, but this did not include towels (we learnt shortly before coming), a disadvantage if luggage space is limited for visitors arriving in the area by train or air."

"Fijn huis met veel ruimte, leuk dat het ingericht werd aangepast aan de kerstperiode. Lekker warme vloerverwarming. Keuken (kookplaat) is wat verouderd. Jammer dat de 2 baden er niet erg hygiënisch uitzagen. Goede douche. Leuke ligging dicht bij het meer. "

"Super location avec de grands espaces et un équipement de qualité aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Très bien placé à 30 min d’Annecy et 5 min du lac. Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis et les enfants aussi ! Merci pour l’accueil"

"La maison de 4 chambres est bien agencée, agréable et située dans un environnement très calme. Les cloches des vaches à proximité rappellent le charme de la campagne, mais les mouches rendent l’aération compliquée.Le propriétaire vit juste en dessous du gîte. Il est très (trop) présent. Il est demandé de rendre le logement impeccable, alors que des traces de moisissure sont visibles dans les salles de bain.À notre arrivée, nous aurions apprécié trouver quelques produits de première nécessité...
