"A big supermarket with a cafe is near the hotel, so it was very convenient for us to get water and snacks as well as a great coffee and bread. The room was very clean and cozy to stay. I liked everything and it was a perfect place. The only thing that needs to improve is the soundproof window. It was not too noisy, but we could hear some blare outside in the night. "

"We had very pleasant stay for 2 nights, 3 to 4 minutes walk to train station, grate location, super convenient if you will visit Cinque Terre; a few minutes walk to city for eat and drink. We checked in late, the owner welcomed us the following morning, provided us great tips and recommendations where to go, which trails to hike to avoid the crowds. The place also offered breakfast which was very convenient. It was raining all day when we were there, luckily I was able to borrow the umbrella...

"Unusual, just three double rooms and a small breakfast room, breakfast supervised by Daniel, the owner, so intimate. Room was good with a decent bathroom and good shower. Big bed, but not very comfortable and lumpy pillows. A lot of traffic noise; the property is on a main road. Bus stop right outside and supermarket next door. Daniel and his wife are attentive and friendly."

"The property was very clean and very well kept. Everything was modern and functioned like it should. The view was very nice, overlooking the harbor of La Spezia. At night it was beautiful with town lit up and the mountains in the background. I only stayed for 2 nights but it was nice and quiet for those nights. It's a little far from town, so there's not much traffic and no nightlife to keep you up. Getting into town does require a car or relying on a taxi, which can be expensive in La Spezia....

"A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive. "

"This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. "Renata was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Her home is lovely with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and more than enough space for the 3 of us. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the lovely weather we had during our visit. She picked us up at the station so we didn’t have to carry our luggage, had all sorts of recommendations and made reservations for us for dinner. "Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"
