The place was clean and in a walkable area. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great restful sleep. Even though we were not there to watch TV, it did not work. The shutter on the window was broken.

There was no front desk staff in our 3 nights’ stay. Toilet was not clean with black spots on the tiles of the wall and strains on the toilet bowl. You need to follow the instructions from email to check-in. When I entered the room as guided, it was a room that had not been cleaned with rubbish and used towels on the bed. After sending whatsapp to the staff, he/she sent us code for another room. Originally, I booked a deluxe room with king size bed but turned out that two twin beds of uneven heights were provided. Besides, only 1 toilet roll was provided for our 3 nights’s stay. When I requested for 2 more rolls, the staff only agreed to provide 1 more toilet roll but eventually none was provided. Cleaning of rooms and extra towels will only be provided for extra charges as mentioned in the check-in email. Lift was locked and you needed to walk long stairs to reach 1st floor! Seems this guesthouse did not have manpower to serve the guests. I will definitely not visiting again.

Pessima Demoramos duas horas para conseguir entrar, chuveiro ruim sem luz no quarto tv não funciona bidê quebrado restos de coisas do hóspede anterior. Sem circulação de ar, portanto toalhas não secam- falsa propaganda de lençóis egípcios e menu de travesseiros, nem tirar lixo. Só a localização boa

Molto bene, tutto esattamente come descritto.

Tutto come da descrizione, camera in ordine e pulita in zona centrale, ottima posizione per accesso ai traghetti. Tutte le operazioni avvengono in automatico (chiaramente spiegate via mail) ma il servizio di supporto è disponibile via WhatsApp, rispondono sempre rapidamente. Considerati gli attuali costi degli alberghi è un'ottima alternativa.
