The 100-square-meter apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, is located on the ground floor (NO lift) of a detached three-family home with a fenced-in property.

In the garden area, there is a staircase leading to the other units.

The apartment is located in a quiet area with good access to the city centre (a bus stop is just a few metres from the property).

The Space

The approximately 100-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-family house (please note that stairs are required to enter).



The interior is laid out as follows:



KITCHEN equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, conventional oven and microwave, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, and various kitchen utensils;

BEDROOM 1: with a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and a single bed

BEDROOM 2: with a bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and a wardrobe;

BEDROOM 3: equipped with a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds)

BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, and toilet.

PATIO furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, 4 fans, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
