To reach the property, you can arrive at La Spezia Central Station, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The walk is short and easy, even with luggage.

By law, it is mandatory to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes approximately 10 minutes and must be completed by all travelers.
For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

La Spezia falls within climate zone D. In
winter, heating is permitted for a maximum of
12 hours per day, from November 1st to April 15th. During
