Hotel muito antigo, localizado em área afastada do centro da cidade, do porto e da estação de trem. Embora os quartos e os banheiros sejam amplos, a mobília de todo o hotel é muito antiga, inclusive a que adorna os quartos. Café da manhã com poucas variedades.

I choose this property because offers free parking. However, the location is not the safest so forget about walking down to the local store. Another thing was the smell coming out of the canal that goes right next to the property. The receptionist can get you taxi to the train station to see Cinque Terre if you want to beat the crowds if not the hotel offers shuttle at 8 .

It is an older hotel. However the place was not very clean, the toilet was loose at our room, there were open soap poaches, everything is far away so you need a car or take the bus to trai terminals or city center, DO NOT BUY THEIR TRAIN TICKETS!!!! the host lady tried to sell us the train tickets more expensive than the train station same thing with bus tickets. at the train station they will sell the cinque Terre tickets for €16 and honestly I did not have to show my train ticket not once 😜

Afueras del centro de la Spezia, con parking

El personal atento, las habitaciones son espaciosas aunque requiren una remodelacion del mobliario, el desayuno esta muy bueno. El hotel esta como a 30 minutos caminando de la zona central de La Spezia y del puerto, ofrecen con reserva transporte al puerto o al tren para visitar las 5 Terre,este servico cuesta 2,5 euros por pasajero. Venden tambien el boleto de tren a 5 Terre pero no el de barco. Tienen parking gratuito exterior cuando fuimos (principios de Junio) habia espacio, tambien ofrecen uno de pago cubierto. Los alrededores del hotel no son para pasear pero se puede caminar al centro (20 a 30 min).

Una estafa. Le doi 2 estrellas.

Imposible que sea 4 estrellas, le doi 2. Es viejisimo, instalaciones sucias y viejas. El aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba, mori de calor toda la noche. No volveria jamás a este hotel, lo único bueno es el personal que son muy agradables y dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación tampoco tampoco es buena.
