We had a fairly good stay at the property, but the man who checked us in, who we believe was the owner, was not very friendly. He made it very clear that this was his property and strongly emphasized that we should take good care of it. We understand that you want guests to respect your property, but the way he spoke to us made us feel unwelcome. Apart from that, it was a nice place to stay. It was clean and had a good standard. The cleaner was very friendly, and the pool area was cozy. The walk to the train station takes around 25–30 minutes, and it is quite a steep walk since the house is located on a hill. So if you are planning to stay here in order to visit Cinque Terre by train, as we did, you should be prepared for a fairly tiring walk. As for parking, we were lucky to find a spot on the street when we arrived, so for us it was quite convenient. The woman who checked us out, however, seemed very friendly.

The room we stayed in was nice and clean. We had a separate house that we stayed in so the main area was next door with grass and pool. Parking space was limited and was free for all in the road so first come first serve.

The location of property located up a steep winding road. There are no restaurants close by. Taxis to restaurants are 10 minutes away. The property itself had a partial view of the Bay; the room itself was fine-a good size queen bed; the shower and bathroom facilities modern, and there was a safe in room for security. There is a small pool and lawn chairs available on adjoining property that was nice. The unfortunate part of our experience was lack of information and support from our host at check-in. He spoke English but other staff on premises did not so we were referred to him each time. The room was sweltering hot when we arrived and the fridge was very small (compared to the previous accommodation) and not cold at all! We expressed our alarm about how hot the room was. We were met with comments like: “the fridge works. What do you want me to do?” We expressed concern about butter melting and warm beverages. Again his response was dismissive. He said the air conditioner only worked if the key card was inserted in wall. (We later discovered without the card in wall there is no lights or power to anything) Despite his protests we demanded a 2nd key card so it could be left in the wall and the room was comfortable to return to after a heat wave outside. Once this was sorted out, food in fridge was cold enough etc. we also weren’t told we could get breakfast on premises until our check out day. Host seemed more concerned with dollars than customer comfort 😡😡

We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights on our honeymoon. The room had a small balcony facing the harbour and the view was great. The room was very clean and quiet. It was a bit too far away from the city since the taxies were hard to find, but I will definitely recommend this place to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was with the air conditioner that only worked for a couple of minutes and then it turned off again. But it was our own fault for not asking for help. The staff was very helpful but it was sometimes hard to communicate because they only speak Italian. But they used a translator app and that helped. We were very happy with our stay!

The property was clean but the guy was not pleasant we booked a king bed with a sofa he would not want to give us extra sheets and after he gave it to us we had to put the sheets on ourselves we got there late at night and the area seemed scary he charged us extra &75 for the sheets he gave us and wanted us to leave at 10:00 am check out time. There was a lot of steps and the guy didn’t want to bring the heavy language up I had to tell him 4 times to do it very rode

Not Our Dream Guest House

Location is hopeless it’s isolated there is nothing of interest around, we ended doing take away 3 of 5 nights. Parking is a nightmare unless you pay an overcharged price of 25€ pr night. The same goes with the breakfast 18€ pr. person is totally overpriced and they know it as there are not options around. The room was clean and staff seem nice, but not very accommodating to requests to make life a bit easier every request was declined, apart from a few glasses for our room for us to enjoy a glass of wine. You have to juggle 4 keys to gain access to the pool and breakfast area, there are no option to borrow towels for the pool so we had to go and buy some from the local commercial centre. I don’t know what is going on around the pool area both my wife and me got bitten by small insects, leaving areas of itching around our legs/feets (only happed after using the pool) They charge premium price, but there where to many little things that make this stay really annoying and not a good fit for us. We ended up leaving 1 day earlier as this was NOT our dream guest house

Rigtig sødt personale som trods sprogbarriere hjalp og ved hjælp af google translate. Værelset var pænt og rent og vi nød den lille balkon. Dream House ligger lidt uden for La Spezia og med 20min gåtur til stationen, men det gik fint. Morgenmaden vi tilkøbte var rigtig fin

Bra för avkoppling

Boendet var utmärkt. Personalen likaså. Vi blev väl omhändertagna. Det enda tråkiga var att vi hade otur med vädret. Annars hade detta boendet varit alldeles perfekt.

La chambre est confortable et très propre. Par contre par bien insonorisée. On entend les personnes parler dans les pièces d à côté et réveiller par les discussions dans la rue. La piscine est propre mais pas chauffée donc un peu fraîche
