"The hotel is advertised as having many amenities such as a full day spa, jacuzzi, restaurant and full bar. The place had one staff member tending to the front desk and bar area at the same time. Overall look of hotel is not what the pictures on Expedia show. Jacuzzi is broken down and it looks like it has been for a long time, and there is no spa or restaurant. We spent one night and woke up the next morning to realize that the whole place had no water for toilet, showers etc. unacceptable. We checked out early as we were extremely disappointed with the place as it was. Would not recommend at all. "

"The restroom was dirty when we first got there, used and took a while to be cleaned. Pipe lines were not functioning, running water was dirty smelly and cold, room service terrible, one night they let us out and we got to come back to the front desk to reactivate the key and check the reason, really expensive for what they were offering. Pool was really cold. Not true with advertising. "

"Clean room. Carlos the employee there was amazing. Very helpful & welcoming. Gave us great pointers on where we could eat in the area. We were only there for one night but would definitely go back to stay longer. Cute place & it’s behind a gate so we felt very safe. "
