Déçus par le studio louĂ© : surpris de passer par une agence immobiliĂšre sans check-in ni check-out; balcon sale, impossible de s’y mettre malgrĂ© une mĂ©tĂ©o ensoleillĂ©e ; les plaques Ă©lectriques fonctionnent mal alors que les restaurants Ă©taient fermĂ©s; dĂ©coration trĂšs succincte. Location trop chĂšre compte tenu des prestations !

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche commerces et plage, bel environnement Quelques petits soucis ai niveau rangement, placard d'entrĂ©e qui ne s'ouvre pas d'un cĂŽtĂ© et rempli d'un amoncellement de choses qui empĂȘche le rangement, commode dĂ©fectueuse avec tiroirs remplis oĂč qui ne se ferment pas, idem pour le placard dans le wc et la cuisine, les anciens locataires laissent des choses qui ne sont pas enlevĂ©s du coup ça encombrĂ© les placards et ça nest dĂ©jĂ  pas trĂšs grand, propretĂ© laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer en arrivant, mail envoyĂ© Ă  l'agence mais aucune rĂ©ponse, ballon d'eau chaude dĂ©fectueux du coup pas d'eau chaude pendant une semaine, et c'est nous qui devons faire une demande pour avoir un dĂ©dommagement en espĂ©rant qu'il y en aura un parce que se laver Ă  leau froide et faire la vaisselle Ă  leau froide c'est pas top
