Appartement de vacances, parfaitement bien équipé .
Il est au rez de chaussée et se compose d'un séjour avec un canapé et coin TV , cuisine aménagée et entièrement équipée, à l'étage; deux chambres avec chacune un lit 140cm pour deux personnes, une salle d'eau avec WC.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Au cœur du centre ville, , commerces et boutiques à quelques mètres, marché, et accès facile aux transports en communs. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.

Muy comodo tener el mercado al lado, ambiente de cafeteries, bares... paseo fàcil al Puerto viejo

Impression mitigée

L'appartement est bien placé et globalement agréable, même si le salon semble plus grand sur les photos. Mais il y manque beaucoup de choses pour que le séjour soit réussi : aucun produit de première nécessité, pas de tapis d'entrée alors qu'il pleuvait, pas de sac poubelles, pas de savon ni de gel douche, un rouleau de papier toilette pour deux semaines... Le fait est que l'appartement est très mal géré par l'agence sous-traitante. Autre gros problème : les clés sont à récupérer... et à rendre à l'autre bout de la ville, et l'agence n'avait tenu aucun compte des informations de réservation.
