Completely renovated, in a functional and modern style, we offer our apartment, facing south, equidistant from the Old Port of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge.
The 54 m² apartment has:
2 independent bedrooms: one with a large double bed and a storage cupboard and one with 2 twin beds and a wardrobe a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, extractor, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle) open to the living room for more conviviality with meals "at the bar" a main room, pleasant and bright thanks to its large bay window over its entire width a bathroom equipped with a large modern shower and a washing machine a separate WC a 5 m² balcony and a loggia a digicode and an intercom a flat-screen TV with DVD player and a FREE Fiber Internet connection for your moments of relaxation a PRIVATE AND FREE parking space available for your vehicle and a bicycle room in the basement Bed linen and towels are provided for 4 people (package of 29 €)

The historic heart of La Rochelle (Town Hall) is 2.5 km away, or about twenty minutes on foot (more or less depending on whether you are more into tennis or basketball!!!)
